Pedro was jealous of Juan because he was always talking to Maria on the messenger, he told Juan to stop Maria but Juan still didn't do it and was completely angry. One day later while Pedro was walking in the market he suddenly saw Juan in a computer shop and suddenly he punched him in the back of the head and he fell and hit his head on the floor resulting in his immediate death. Is Pedro liable for the crime of Murder?
Answer: Yes, Pedro is liable for the crime of murder because even though he did not intend to kill Juan and his only purpose was to punch him. But because the way he punched was treacherous and resulted in someone's death, and treacherous punching or committing a crime is one of the elements of Murder. So it is clear that Pedro is responsible for the crime of murder.

Juan and Pedro about to start a fist fight. Tapos si Caloy pumagitan at umawat nung susugod na si Juan. Sa pag-awat naitulak si Juan at natumba at tumama ang ulo. Naiuwi pa naman si Juan. After few hours isinugod si Juan at namatay sa hospital kinabukasan. Is Caloy liable of a crime? Dagdag pa na mahina na katawan ni Juan dahil sa magdamag na inom at walang tulog. Thank you.
