  1. too drunk to handle a gun – that's something only a typical American would say – its ok I was sober when I shot him = who did you shoot ? = oh just a man trespassing = why was he doing that ? = he said I was raping children = were you = well yes but he was trespassing , but its ok because I am an judge , so just lose the evidence brother doughnut .

  10. X killed Y because based on X’s religious belief, killing is a form of sacrifice. A criminal case for homicide was filed against X. Can X be relieved from his criminal liability by invoking his religious faith?
