  1. What is the difference between commission and omission in my UoL textbook it describes commission as those crimes whose result component can be caused by doing NOTHING, but how is this possible?

  2. Gibbons v Proctor (@ 2:14) is this the right case for Criminal Law (murder and manslaughter)? was doing some research on it and it came up for contract law in offer and acceptance. I think the appropriate case is R v Gibbins and Proctor. I stand corrected
