  1. Hi Mr. Clay..I'm not a law student or anything, but I love learning and I love learning about law…thanks for breaking down these issues so a couch lawyer can understand 😊

  2. 🌎🙏🙏🙏 2006. I knew something was wrong. I would always listen. Even knowing about wire taps. 2016 I something was wrong when I asked for a Attorney my speedy trial rights violated my preliminary hearing was violated. A right to a new attorney was violated. And my Writ of habeas corpus was suspended.

  3. 🙏🙏🙏🌎 Every right has been violated since 2007. Thank God I have understood. Knowing that I have the biggest lawsuit in government history

  4. Thanks for the info!!!! And your explanation is what we need to write down or be aware of, so thanks again

  5. Could Entrapment happen by an x husband or x boyfriend or probation or social services scaring my family into electronic harassment / intervention ?

  6. This is a fantastic presentation thank you much for posting this. Your examples and breaking each concept down with examples really helped me understand the different exceptions and what they mean. Thank you. I hope you keep posting your presentations because you are helping more students than just the ones you have in your classes. Thank you again.

For context I’m a student from Chicago and I am a criminal justice major at an online university. I was doing research for a paper that I am writing for my Evidence class and I came across this video. I am not just some weirdo who was creeping on your class notes lol.
