  1. Slight correction to some errors which may be due to the video being outdated but Moloney (rather than Molongy) is an authority for MR (rather than AR)
AR for murder is defined by (SIr Edward) Coke as: 'the unlawful killing of a reasonable creature in being under the Queen's peace with malice aforethought' which basically just means unlawful killing of a human being (rather than animal/ unborn child) and the 'malice aforethought' is the MR part of murder:
Moloney defines the MR for murder as 'intention to kill or an intention to cause grievous bodily harm'

Hope this will be found helpful to other viewers

  2. i must say god bless you for making this education free,i dream to be a litigator someday and ive been trying to study all styles of law before i even apply to school. this puts my mind at ease to gain insight on a taste of what i will have to endure to pursue this dream. There isnt alot of information on public law. thank you.

  3. My nephew has been charged in a criminal case. How many years sentence will he get if he is convicted in an aggravated manslaughter or manslaughter crime? Can you help us find an experienced trial attorney who can negotiate his sentencing?

  4. In Virginia, the charge of taking indecent liberties with a child primarily targets certain acts of a sexual nature when they are performed by an adult with a child under the age of 15 years old, though it also can concern adults participating in certain ways in the creation of pornography for anyone under 18. Most of the crimes are considered class 5 felonies, though the charges can be harsher under certain circumstances.
