Thank you Todd…I had a assault charge dismissed in 2012–it is showing up in my background check and is showing as DSMD but is that enough for the entities doing to check to know what that acronym stands for. Since I wasn't charged I can simply say I have never been charged with a crime–correct? Or do I still have to disclose this as a charge being dismissed? I'm worried because I'm trying to obtain a Real Estate license. Thank you for the info.
