Death Penalty For Mob LYNCHING | केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने लोकसभा में कहा है कि मॉब लिंचिंग घृणित अपराध के लिए फांसी की सजा का प्रावधान कर रहे हैं. इस ऐतिहासिक सदन में करीब 150 साल पुराने तीन कानून, जिनसे हमारी आपराधिक न्याय प्रणाली चलती है, उन तीनों कानूनों में पहली बार मोदी जी के नेतृत्व में भारतीयता, भारतीय संविधान और भारत की जनता की चिंता करने वाले बहुत आमूल-चूल परिवर्तन लेकर मैं आया हूं. उन्‍होंने कहा कि Indian Penal Code जो 1860 में बना था, उसका उद्देश्य न्याय देना नहीं बल्कि दंड देना ही था. उसकी जगह भारतीय न्याय संहिता 2023 इस सदन की मान्यता के बाद पूरे देश में अमल में आएगी.
