27. Hello po. Just want to clarify something correct me if i'm wrong.

    Nakalagay po kasi jan sa video nyo po na ang mittimus order is also known as commitment order

    Ang pagkakaalam ko po kasi magkaiba ang Mittimus order sa Commitment order

    Mittimus – It's a warrant issued by a court bearing it's seal and the signature of the judge to commit the person into IMPRISONMENT/For serving of sentence.

    While

    Commitment order – it is a written order of court or any agency authorized by law to issue entrusting an inmate to a jail for DETENTION while waiting for the pendency of his/her case.

    Bali po ang Mittimus order eto yung iniissue ng judge para yung inmate e mag serve na ng sentence nya while the commitment order inissue ng judge para ma detain muna yung inmate for the purpose of safekeeping or while waiting kasi may pendency pa sa case.
