Will state police now be retrained ? Will the laws be implemented at different levels and jurisdictions of courts at once? How much time and money will it cost ? Will center fully cover the cost or state needs to dig in ? What about resolved cases, existing cases and new cases? Will resolved cases be re-appealed ? Judges will not be able to refer to judgements on cases handled under previous law. A total system reset. Confusion, confusion and confusion

    Without the checks and balances and no one to question – who will take the responsibility, if any loopholes or inconsistencies is found ? Is there a help-desk ticketing / issue tracking system to address such issues?
