Sir I m pcsj aspirant and preparing for upcoming uppcsj 2018 in Dec..Sir plz clarify two things there's been two major amendments one in Criminal law as in Sec. 376 also in crpc n evidence related to this.and second major amendment has taken place in specific relief act which substituted and inserted some sections.sections like 10,14,20 is completely substituted. Sir as these two amendments both in criminal law and specific relief has received a form of ACT but I have read somewhere that no enforcement date is yet in public domain esp in SRA. sir plz confirm for exam point of view, shall we study amended form as in SRA or old ones will work for exam. please confirm sir. It will be very kind of you.

    लेकिन cctv में सच्चाई आ गयी ।

    सवाल है कि cctv हर जगह नहीं हो सकता, चश्मदीद गवाह भी सभी जगह नहीं हो सकते । ऐसे में कोई बेकसूर कैसे अपनी बेगुनाही साबित करेगा ??

    नंगी फिल्मो पर रोक का कोई कानून नहीं बनता

    शराब बंदी का कानून नहीं बनता ।
    झूठे मुकदमो के लिये कोई provision क्यों नहीं ।
