Criminals is the person who has committed a crime or violate the laws. Justice is the morally fair and right state of everything. To have justice as a person's character trait means that they are just and treat everyone the same, or how they would like to be treated. I have learned/realized the important terms of crime that is an act or comission in violation of this criminal law. The Act – you have do a bodily movement tending to produce some effect in the external world. And the omission that means inaction, You have an obligation to do but you didn't do it, and the failure to perform positive duty which one is bound to do.And I learned the word criminal law it is the branch or division of law which defines crime. And this is also that gives the punishment for the certain act or that omission.And also the term of nullum crimen nulla poena sine lege that means " There is no crime when there is no law punishing it. And for short is "Crime is a product of law.
And the CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM means that the sum total of instrument which a society uses in the preventation and control of crimes.And I learned also the key wordof CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM IS WHAT WE CALLED THE MACHINERY OF THE GOVERNMENT AGAINTS THE CRIMINALITY AND OTHER FIST AND ORDER PROBLEM.
And I learned the 5 philars of the philippines that have Law enforcement , prosecution , court , correction , community.
And also the goals of criminal justice law is to protect the members of the society. Maintain the peace and order. Crime prevention. Suppression of criminal conduct. Review the legality of existing rules and regulations. Rehabilitation and reformation of offemders.
And the properties is only secondary to life , because everything that you have needs to be protected by the government. And I want to be clear understand about the process of criminal justice law.
