In order to report a criminal offense committed against you, it is necessary to have evidence to substantiate that you are the victim who has suffered harm.
Based on Article 184, valid evidence includes:
a. Testimony of witnesses;
b. Expert testimony;
c. Documents;
d. Indications, which are acts, events, or circumstances that, due to their relevance, indicate that a criminal offense has occurred and identify the perpetrator, as defined in Article 188;
e. Testimony of the accused;
f. Matters that are generally known do not need to be proven.
