    If I sat in the back of someone's vehicle and when the owner said get out, and I replied with "I have been in her e for 24 hours so now I have rights and you need to go to court to get me out", that would be laughed at and never even make it into court, So if that would never become something allowed, then explain to me how squatting got into court?

    I just described squatting with a vehicle and it's a situation that would ever have any basis for even getting it into court to begin with yet somehow it was never laughed at when someone did it with breaking and entering and trespassing.
