There although is a reasonable standard as to how long a traffic stop can be. This is based on the reasonable standard of the amount of time it would take a normal officer to write a ticket and release the person. This is typically 15 min unless the officer can reasonably articulate that they needed a longer time.
A lawful order has to be based in a law and I couldn't find the code for "sit in the car". Besides she wasn't acting in a threatening way. More like a contempt of cop charge. Blue ego cops should be fired before they hurt someone and/or get a good cop hurt. Thank you for the video.

I’m 55 and a fake Welfare check against me turned into an arrest for me because I was recording the police and my neighbors breaking into my house lying about conducting a Welfare check! I have a gun charge, but I was sitting on my front porch talking on my cellphone when I was arrested, but the corrupt police put that I was armed with a gun when he arrested me which is PERJURY!
