  1. Thanks for posting this video. I learned so much. It's very educational. Innocent people can get quickly get in trouble for something not aware of. That's why
Criminal defense is there to defend your rights and truth.

  2. So go to work and home because how is it possible to know if someone is illegal. If you ask you will likely be lied to. Why are they doing anything via presumption's for? I thought the court only dealt with facts only? If there acting on presumptions then your on the wrong court aren't you? Bc an article 3 court the only court allowed to hear matters of the people according to the constitution they require only facts, if. There presuming thing's then your in an article 1 court " military tribunal "

  3. Wouldnt you get arrested for battery since you hit them with the object actually using the object with intent to hit them and doing so?

  4. I was driving and was pulled over.
    1. I was getting my vehicle I own from the mechanic shop. during me doing so I went to check on my vehicle a few times and when I went back to pick it up I found drugs in it. not knowing where/who it came from due to it being at a mechanic shop. headed home I was pulled over for improper use of tags well it is my girlfriend sister tag I was using to get home. pulled over and for tags a misdemeanor and I was locked up and during the search of car which I did not consent to but they found what I found on me because I put it in my pocket till I got home but I never did make it. now a misdemeanor is a felony and the public defender isn't answering me or feels my knowledge doesn't need to be addressed. also to mention went to court and asked about the filing I put in to get rid of the public defender and she wouldn't answer.i called the Chambers bit was told to speak with my attorney only about all my matters

  5. That first one is tyranny. The moral of that story is the constitution has been shredded a long time ago when these kinds of "laws" were written and passed by stuffed shirt pinheads who had no business writing a grocery list. You put a law like that on a ballot and the people would vote it down. Then some pinhead progressive ( redundancy) judge would no doubt overturn it. Then it's time for the people to brake out their reaping sickles, torches, pitchforks and wear out some nooses in the town square.
