1. BK's survey will trip him up. It was designed to show bias agsinst him in order to achieve a change of venue but as usual our "smaryer than the average beat" has only allowed this bias to become generalized and thanks to the court of public opinion he will not be able get a fair trial anywhere. And correct me if I'm wrong: he won't be allowed to appeal it because he is the one who tainted the jury pool.

20. 1.. I hate that your jail days are so depressing, frustrating, etc.. I work w/correct. officers occas & there's such sense of hopelessness/discouragement – bothers me. 🙁
    2.. I'd hope that the current YT Law community engagement/discussion is viewed by attys as insightful re thought processes of potential jurors. As in – pay attn to negative comments re Atty Prior. His tendency for condescending, arrogant tone is gonna hurt him w/jurors. This info worth paying attn to.
    3.. Fwiw – Tammy Daybell mentioned the word 'paintball' on 911 call for 1 reason only – Chad knew it was an Alex Cox assassination attempt & for sure chided her into PB verbiage on 911 call…

21. Scott, you are not alone. Brian Kohberger gives out creepy vibes for sure. I don't like him either. That look on his face on that traffic stop in Indiana… creepy. I haven't eaten Thai food since.

27. Last week word was out that juror 11 in Kelly was a "feminist activist" who would hang the jury
    By the end of delib she was in tears (crocodile?) claiming other jurors were bullying her.
