Literally the girl who smashed the violinist in the head in the subway was let off without bail, and this was with her having already been arrested and released dozens of times in the last few years, including violent arrests and with numerous failures to appear, the prosecutor had actually asked the judge for a bond for her and the judge refused!!!! And guess what?? Homegirl was arrested again a week or two later for stealing luxury goods, and finally she got herself a measly $500 bond aka $50 to a bondsman.

   She literally just assaulted someone, seriously assaulted, and was arrested again weeks later and still only given the bare minimum.

   Yeah.
   Nation guard ain’t what we need. We need consequences.

14. I would say just keep implementing these policies and see how it works, but it’s negatively affecting me and I live no where near NYC. All these New Yorkers are now moving into my previously medium sized city and it’s starting to get old.

21. What's insane , is that they are National Guard not active duty. These are one weekend a month , two weeks a year soldiers. Unless they are cops on the civilian side , they are not trained enough to deal with criminals that think they are about the law and politicians let them do whatever they want.
