  1. She’s covering it all up. Don’t recall X 10 times she said that. Does she have dementia? And she so young to have dementia

  2. This incompetent, “C.S.T.” walked into the hair cutter and said, “Give me the quail cut.” 🤣🤣

  3. This is interesting to me. She's a crime scene technician who needs to be very precise about things she does and then the language she uses in the report and on the stand. But the way she does it, it just seems like obfuscation at times and a grudging unwillingness to be any help to the defence, in other words a biased witness not providing honest straight forward answers and a terrible memory for her interactions with other people. I find it astounding to hear that the weapon in evidence was destroyed by law enforcement/FBI and the possible matching bullets were instructed to be referenced not under the same case number of this case. If she was instructed to document the bullets under a different case number, who did that and why? Why didn't she question that decision?

  4. When it came to “self-exonerating” testimony the CST had impeccable memory. Otherwise she couldn’t remember squat. Curious, right?

  5. Why they didn't ask her why she didn't gave more importance to that new piece of evidence? Were they worried she would take advantage of such an open question? Why they didnt ask her if she thought it might had been a crucial piece of evidence worth analyzing?

  6. She doesn't recall anything but gets testy when the word match is used. And she doesn't know the guy and uses that to justify saying that the expolice officer is someone that is not trust worthy.

  7. The trope of I’m going to visit my dying. Mother was us way to manipulate peoples views of them, trying to set him up.

  8. She reminds me of some of the witnesses for Trump like the CFO. Their memory always fails selectively.

  9. She flicks her hair that is too short to be out of place. Her neck and upper chest has a liars red tinge to it.

  10. That football shaped head CST, as she wants to be called, knew she was doing wrong by filing evidence under a different case number.

  11. The smug B should be charged! Covering up evidence and manipulating the court. The prosecutor and the investigator who worked alongside her needs to be charged too.

  12. He so reminds me of The Dapper Don aka John Gotti. He knew he paid off enough people that he was just going through the motions and would be found not guilty with prejudice way before this thing went to the court room. Absolutely pathetically disgusting. That smirk on his face then the crocodile tears when the judge dismissed was what he does Best ACTING!!! SMFH

  13. im happy alec isnt no longer on trial … but his atorney is super anoying ahah he ends every sentence with right? in its maiority, or he uses anouther punchline to end, like correct or didnt you? ahah

  14. she shouldnt be employed…suppose to be non prejudice and keeps looking at the prosecutor wtf..

  15. He's financially responsible but not criminally. The armorer is the one who has criminal liability. The State is trying to frame Baldwin.

  16. Crime Scene Technician Marissa Poppell is the most corrupt witness I have seen in many years. She is such a LIAR!! She always says "I can't recall". What an ignorant, incompetent person.

  17. Honestly I think the prospector was terrible but it feels like the behavior of this witness only helped speed up the judges decision. It became very clear the longer she was grilled, the more defensive she became that the case was some serious railroading

  18. There is one common denominator I'm seeing with all of this between the special prosecutor and the so-called investigator or any techs on this and that they are all women

  19. this lady didn't know who she was talking too, he is way smarter than she is and he destroyed her.

  20. She must look in the mirror and believe her brain is massive due to her misshapen head… miss knowitall

  21. She keeps looking over to the prosecutor. Very suspect testimony. She's obviously hiding something.

  22. Sounds like a set up attempt by the cult of trump against his biggest critic and funniest parody actor!

  23. "I wouldn't use the word voucher, I wouldn't use the word investigator, I wouldn't use the word Hidden" Why is the judge's letting her play semantics like that? This is court, not SNL…

  24. Stop calling me an investigator. I'm a Crime Scene Technician. That's too many words. CST then. Ok fine.

  25. I feel sorry for her. Being presented to the public like that is very stressful. Overall, the investigation was conducted in a very unprofessional and sloppy manner. But to accuse a criminal technician of this is unfair.
