Ultimately the cop maybe was too aggressive with her but they were not stopping her from filming them but they asked her to give them space and move across the street she could still film from across the street. We do need to acknowledge the harassment the cops have to feel and the nuisance that these activists bring to the scene. Not saying they need to stop recording the cops but they need better rules then allowing them come up and ask a billion questions while they are trying to conduct an investigation. Having said that we need way harsher consequences for any infraction, and we need better consequences for the people making it harder to do normal activities.
