Before testimony began today in the Young Thug trial, his lawyer Brian Steel told Judge Glanville that he recently learned a police detective he interviewed recorded him.
He said he doesn’t care that he was recorded, but he doesn’t want the recording used as evidence in trial. He took issue with the fact that prosecutors are trying to make him part of the case.
Glanville punted it and said it was too early to deal with it.

Cop didnt "secretly" record the Lawyer..cops wear BODY CAMERAS which recorded their convo…and with this slimny lawyer its BEST to record every convo you have with him,,,since he consitently tries to interject things that didnt happen…then play dumb as if he made an honest mistake

Yo this judge really has some power issues, it literally shows in his face when he has no choice but to agree with him. Hoe shit
They DA was really selling this case when they first announced charges… but ever since trial started it has just looked more like a joke week after week. Just when you think it can’t get worse it does. They’re wasting all this tax payer money and peoples time (the jury, thugg’s freedom, the public defenders stuck with working a single clients case for YEARS, some of the States witnesses that NEVER wanted to take the stand, etc) This is a sh!tshow. If somehow Thugg even gets convicted the amount of avenues for an appeal are just stacking up. I really thought they had real evidence on that an, but atp even IF some of their claims/concerns are credible it’s just too tainted by BS atp to even believe anymore… but imagine if Thugg just had a public defender who was overworked/tired and didn’t give af (ya kno like a lot of people have to settle for) this case would have looked a lot worse for them.

Mistrial is better than being guilty but not guilty is better than a mistrial if the judge didn’t throw the case out by now hopefully it’s because he moving towards a not guilty plea or the jury so to say.

How do we report this judge and who do we report him to? This Judge needs to be removed period and any case that he has been over needs to be investigated!
To constantly delay proffers its what is taking this case so long..the constantly tryin to attempt to interject ..its alot..First the witness.. Hamilton,The showing of her face and the other kid putting out his number n addy..lost his job…These prosecutors are taking many L's and Its Obvious they aint ready for a trial like this…Their tryin to build a case as they go .They dont have a case so far..IMHO
