  1. Field sobriety tests are so bogus. There’s absolutely nothing scientific about it and it’s completely subjective. How do they get away with using it o measure drunkenness? Specially since the invention of te breathalyser decades ago… when will they catch up n just ditch sobriety tests nd rely on breathalysers?

  2. You should tell him to sit up straight and uncross his arms he's sitting there like he ain't even listening .

  3. Cops are so used to slam dunking a defendant that they don't bother actually following the laws and rules . It's very common.

  4. In small jurisdictions, officers can get away with a lot more for years. They even forget that some of their tactics are not legal and get cocky about it. Until they get called out by a good lawyer.

  5. Wow. I shouldn't be surprised, I guess, but I know I have always learned that details matter and since memories can fade out details may become muddled over time, yes, a written record is always a very good idea.

  6. i don't need no training i don't need no rules is got a badge and gun and they told me make town money.
the real problem with bad cops targeting innocents because you dont like something . but real drunks get away while you mess around for hours ..or when they get wrong address and hassle people meanwhile victims are desperately waiting for help
bad lazy corrupt cops are worst than no cops

  7. I think they need to redo the police training for all police officers and it should be a once a year thing to where they spend at least two weeks in a classroom learning the laws and updating them on the laws. It would just be a good thing I think it would make them all much better cops

  8. Imagine a law enforcement officer not knowing the laws rules and regulations governing his job. What an absurdity. I guess this is why they feel qualified immunity is an absolute necessity to cover their ignorant asses…

  9. Ffs… one of the FIRST things i learned as an EMT was "if it isn't written down, it didn't happen." One of the first things they covered when i went on to paramedic school was "if it isn't written down, it didn't happen."

I later did some training gathering forensic evidence, and again, an early lesson was, "If it isn't written down, it didn't happen." Only then it was also "photos and video recordings are also of use."

Why would i get that drilled into me, but a cop wouldn't?

  10. Officer. Next time you have to appear in court, don't lean back with your arms crossed. The only message that body language can convey is contempt for the court

  11. Our government operates on incompetence, and we are expected to defend ourselves against an incompetent system run by incompetent people. Wild

  12. Arrogant and condescending in court. In public I'm sure he's a complete tyrant. Cop testimony is less likely to be truth then the accused. Cops are professional liars.

  13. The Cop failed so hard it's a shock that they didn't take his badge and send him back to the academy

  14. When we don't hold police accountable this is what we get officers/deputies that think they are above actually following their own training. The cop knows he won't be held accountable for his terrible job.

  15. I'm pretty sure you can get away with 90% of crimes if you just shut the fuk up and go to court because cops are so goddamn dumb.

  16. How not to be a good witness: lounge back, cross your arms and say "'scuse me". I've only reviewed one NHTSA study, and the only conclusion was that NHTSA has no idea how to evaluate a study.

  17. No brain meat under that chrome dome he sits there not understanding what was asked fire him he's theiveing from the taxpayers

  18. This is the problem with cops …they "enforce" laws that they don't know…result of NO training in academy, as an officer, or ongoing training…It takes more time to be a barber than it does to be a cop…

  19. Hello Larry , greetings from Germany,
I would have preferred to see you as a defense attorney in the case of "De Castro (Delete'laws) vs Las Vegas" than the one he hired.
I am convinced that you would have spared Chilli the 180 days in prison and even gotten a lawsuit for perjury.
You do a very good job. Respect and good luck from Germany ✊️🤟

  20. Look at him sitting there looking all smug with his arms crossed. He doesn't even know his testimony just got dismantled. If I was on a jury and saw a cop sitting there like that I wouldn't even need to hear his testimony to conclude that he's making stuff up.

  21. Wow,, and this cop is a sergeant training other officers,, No wonder so many innocent people are getting in trouble with the police,, the police are fucking bozos,, what kind of person does it take to take an oath to something they don’t understand,,
