End RDO's (resist, delay, obstruction) charges at arresting officer level and have them as a booking officer level charge AFTER the body worn camera has been reviewed. Also end Qualified Immunity, require police officer to be insured like doctors.

I was pulled over in South Whitley. I was in a convertable just after nightfall my brother drank out of his 20 oz. Redbull.
Cop pulled us over because he thought my brother was drinking alcohol.
That was crazy.
