  1. This happened within 20 miles of my home. I didn’t know we had such tyrants around. That LEO escalated very quickly. Google said the cop was also involved in a shooting in another incident. There definitely needs to be a lawsuit.

  2. How about seeing his ass off along w ith the department and ask for the cops certification

  3. Cop had no reason to do what he did to that young man…plain and simple. Regardless of any F-bombs which are actually protected under the constitution with free speech, there was no reason for the actions of that officer that night other than to punish that young man.

  4. I'm just going to say exactly what everybody's thinking this cop is a little b****straight up

  5. My reaction after I was attacked and had my ribs broken was a natural response considering it took everything in me to not physically defends myself! Everyone reacts different to trauma

  6. I used to be a police officer but am long retired. After watching numerous videos like this the past few years I am shocked at how often police today overstep their boundaries and escalate benign encounters with citizens. YES, we definitely do have a real problem with law enforcement today and I have no idea what the cure is.

  7. Judges and juries are 2 things that could benefit from some sort of AI technology to simply apply the law with only the necessary context. It really shouldn't matter if someone is throwing 100 f-bombs. So what?

  8. Well I believe you are spot on , the young man was polite from the start. The cop was wrong from the start.
The cop should have said hello and I am officers so and so , then should have said I seen your truck hear and checked to see if something was wrong, this would have been a much better experience for both men .

  9. I parked in a cops drive way with mushrooms when I was in high school, but he was out of town so I didn't get arrested.

  10. Something not mentioned is that the officer clearly used the placement of the vin as a key to gain entry to the truck. BS that the vin on the hood was too high. It might not be the most egregious rights violation in the video, but it speaks to the officer’s character or lack thereof.

  11. This is what happens when you hire cops that peaked in high school. And the most major thing they’ve ever accomplished in life is arresting a kid on his own property because he might smell like a beer.
Dorks. I’m gonna say it and I’m gonna keep saying it. Police departments need to start hiring bad asses not good old boys.

  12. This type of staff causes everyone to be on guard and to not even give the police a chance to come anywhere near them and we’re talking some serious defense here

  13. bodycam kicks off w 4a violation, love it. VIN is clearly visible through the windshield for a reason.

  14. I am all about the police and being protected as a citizen. However, in this case I believe the policeman is an f bomb idiot!!

  15. But he dose answer the ?s Only 2 were asked b4 it went hands on
1 cop ask how you doing he answers whit a ? What are you doing?
2 the cops ask whys your car parked in the road he aswers i live here!

  16. The crazy thing he said he thought the car was abandoned, and then he got the car was stolen they have a hot list of stolen vehicles he could have checked that very easily

  17. Listen to how the dispatch lady repeats his request for ems. Her voice sounds like," here we go again, fuckin up"

  18. Awww. I cant say the f word? I thought we were free? Deal with it!? Guns all day but here we draw the line at the f bomb!? You are baby man

  19. It’s unfortunate that SCOUS has ruled that police are allowed to lie. So they can entrap you by confusing you.

  20. Both the police and Lucas were wrong . The police for excessive force and Lucas for saying foul language and the way he went about it. Bad day for this kid .

  21. It’s amazing how they’ll write a report so blatantly different than the body cam footage. And they get away with it.
