We were at Lawton City Hall, requesting records needed for a story. When we arrived we immediately started getting followed and discovered they had shut down the clerk’s office. After finding the city manager and talking to him about the records, a security guard said you couldn’t cuss in public, eventually leading to his arrest, then release when the police realized they couldn’t arrest someone for that.
