While the Dean may appear to be a one note character, rest assured…he is a fully realized, three dimensional and deeply pathetic trainwreck.
I love how Abed invents the alien stuff.
I still think it's funny how Community is great straight off the bat (the first six episodes in particular) as a stereotypical sitcom, but then decides to do its own thing becoming ep-ic!
