1. Most cases reach CBI after much delay in almost all cases and based on state politics making their success rate abysmal. Do they have sufficient man power to manage all the cases refererd to them? If not who all are responsible? With state police under political control their impartiality is nearly absent in every state. This forces people to call.for CBI to interfere and in most cases they get case after initial period which makes evidence collection impossible. Is it not a prime reason for their ineffextiveness?

Chief Justice wants Government institutions to evolve to meet the needs of the evolving society of the moment but omits to say the same of the Macaulay inherited British Judiciary system in Bharat? What to expect from a Havard-educated woke infested culture of the USA? Indian elites are to be blamed for this trend for looking at the grass greener than that at home!

Criminals crime and Corruption is rampant in India PURELY due to lousy system of JUDICIARY and no concern for quick admin of justice. Now a days we see unwanted speed by courts for obstructing what the Govt is doing and in the name of rule of Law the Judges serms to become heroes of mas popularity. Unfortunate

25. We feel proud of our judiciary, and i hope all judicial officers realize the huge reponsibilty they carry since the hopes of each Indian rests with them. Not only in political matters but for personal liberty and freedom. India like other developing countries has an imperfect excutive, and legistaure has only deteriorated since 1947, thus the judiciary is the only shield people have.
