The levels of depravity and selfishness are absolutely TERRIFYING. And I would bet anything on the fact that they already hate Wendi and have for a very long time because she is unable to hide her repusive self absorption and manipulative ways and she has ruined any chance they had at any type of normal and happy life.
The only way this gets better for them is if she goes to prison too, and they finally have a chance to break free of the entire Adelson family. Then- and ONLY then will they have any shot at real happiness. Absolutely heartbreaking.

Charlie probably didn’t appreciate his sister throwing him under the bus at the first opportunity. I still find it hard to believe he’d have his sisters ex killed without getting an ok from Wendi.
Mother and brother are clearly not happy that Wendi has basically distanced herself from them, but she does have her kids to think about and is only doing what she’s been advised to.
