  1. It's completely impossible for any jury to be impartial in this case. In fact it's getting to the point where it's completely impossible for anyone in America to be impartial about anything… well except for Michael…

  2. The possible Juror says " I despise the man ". And Judge Merchan doesn't see this juror biased against Trump ? Trump doesn't have a chance. Hopefully the Judge can't give him the death penalty .

  3. There should be a law to leave presidents and ex president alone! Thus is just embarrassing for our country! Trump is a former president for gosh sakes!

  4. What people can't get past is it shouldn't be about Trump it is about different rules. Look at Hunter B, does sex trafficking and poof, nothing, while Sean Combs is having his houses raided that's fair? Maybe if Sean also committed tax fraud like Hunter he would have no worries either.

  5. I don't think Trump can get impartial jurors, especially in NY. I do believe he asked for a change of venue and was refused. Toxic politial enviorment.

  6. No way can Trump receive a fair trial in Manhattan. Almost impossible odds. Election interference plain & simple.

  7. Depending upon who jurors are voting for, it's going to be FISTICUFF in the jury deliberation room. Remember, there are no cops present in the jury deliberation room.

  8. It's a unique question for SCOTUS – Can a Person actually be tried in court where the jury has vested outcome in verdict? In this case Trump is running for POTUS in a national election. The potential jurors to be chosen will be be voters in that national election. Can juror set aside the bias and opinion on that person based on the evidence and facts of the case knowing that the verdict they will render will effect their vested interest that have in that national election? Can a juror who wants to vote Donald Trump in the election find him guilty knowing that that such a conviction will HURT his chances at winning that election? Can a juror who wants to vote AGAINST Donald Trump (Vote for the other person) in the election find him NOT GUILTY knowing that such an acquittal will HELP his chances at winning that election?

  9. Michael, you made a freshman grammar blunder in today's opening statement — "irregardless"? No, Michael, it's "regardless." Oy.

  10. He can't get an impartial comment base that's for sure. The point is that he is guilty, period. Any impartial jury would have to come to that conclusion so he has the best chance for a fair trial where the jury pool understands his history of criminal behavior. That is a jury "of his peers."
