  1. Can He Sue? Yes! This walmart shopper is arrested after refusing to identify himself to the cops. He was not arrested for failing to show a receipt. He WAS arrested for refusing to identify himself and not following the officers prior order to not film in Walmart.

It was a prank by @brendenlmao who was
arrested at Walmart. However, the officer should not have forcibly taken his phone from him since he was not under arrest at the time. Also, the officer needs reasonable suspicion that Brenden committed a crime to order him to identify himself and to arrest him for not identifying himself. He was not committing a crime by violating Walmart’s policy of recording (or for failing to show a proper receipt), therefore the officer improperly arrested him.

  2. Lil different. Even if you said "no", like the lawer did, im sure that officer still would've gotten handsy like in the first one.

  3. but he didn't give the real receipt in the first place so there is a suspicious reason to arrest him..

  4. “Being annoying isn’t a crime, and you should know that because you’re being annoying” woulda been the best

  5. He wants to exit the Walmart without paying an item! Isn’t that a crime????????????? Beg your pardon

  6. Thank you. That kid is annoying. I'm glad he was arrested. Hopefully, they will keep him there for a while.

  7. This guy deserves it at this point.
He’s already been arrested multiple times.
    Maybe he should learn something.
I’m sure his police department is tired of being called for the same reason.

  8. There is a notice that my comment was apparently offensive. Please be specific and actually provide the text. As this is an election year, your idiocy was expected.
There is something fundamentally wrong with your censoring authority.

  9. That’s why cops like them shouldn’t have this authority job. No good for public safety . Imagine if the young lad was a black male. Who would off took it further .

  10. I used to work for Walmart!!! They fired me for using an electric cart way before my shift started!!! This was on black Friday of 2022

  11. This man intentional wanted to cause trouble and post it online. He wanted to harass the workers. I really don't care about the legality of it, let him spend the night in jail.

  12. But officers do far worse than this and don’t get fired. What about that disabled man trying to buy a bike in one of these shops and gets arrested? Or the man who had a seizure and the officer mistook this for him attacking him and tased him then arrested him? Or acorn cop?

  13. Ugh. Pranks. I mean law or no law there's still a downside to a prank. Lmao and he's experienced it

  14. Yeah but if he gets the cops fired or sued, they will bring him to court and then the video that BrandynLmao posted will be up in the cop’s defense
