  1. The suit doesn't take away from his evil cold steel look of his eyes. Sorry i know looks shouldnt be evidence but he seems like a evil person .

  2. You can't set a court date if the prosecution won't turn over discovery to the defense. This delay is directly due to the the prosecution withholding evidence- see the defense's 11 requests for discovery.

  3. Can someone explain to an Englishman where we're at rn? The system there is crazy, complex, but not in a good way. It's ridiculous to be frank.

  4. I kinda think he was framed. I think they saw his car drive by the house and they thought he was an easy target to frame or he did it but wasn’t alone. There’s no way someone can stab 4 people in under 10 min

  5. I feel the defense has every right to bring in as much evidence as possible to help her client(BK) ……………………and to have as much time allotted for this case to be fair and by the laws on the books and maybe bringing other suspects to the forefront……………… if their are others involved besides BK, and there could very well be(I think 🤔 BK is involved some shape or form ) And for my thoughts are🤔 the bottom line in this horrific crime is Idaho is covering up the truth of this horrific crime to save their beloved university of Idaho ………………………………💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰/enrollment are KING 👑/🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢

  6. He's Innocent. They have destroyed the property of evidence. The fraternity boys are accountable for those murders alongside corrupt police officers covering up evidence 🤔

  7. I have yet to see any believable evidence against BK. Ia this a test case in selective presentation of evidence? What does it all mean?

  8. What evidence?!? The “evidence” is extremely weak at best. Shame on this main stream news channel for not knowing the facts at all and still wrongly reporting on it anyways.

  9. This is absurdly irresponsible reporting for a national news channel. It is a cardinal principle of our system of justice that every person accused of a crime is presumed to be innocent unless and until his or her guilt is established beyond a reasonable doubt. Shame on NBC

  10. Not saying this guy is innocent but all this type of secrecy is quite frightening as it has no doubt protected some of the wrong individuals and has put many innocent people in jail or prison. In a just system there would complete transparency leaving no room for unaddressed errors or blatant acts of corruption. imo

  11. It's only been a year. Isn't it to early to set a trial date. It has only been a little over a year. It was 3 years before Lori callow went to trial and about that many for Leticia Staunch.

  12. Fraternity responsible. Knife sheathe planted. BK innocent. Quinn guilty of maddie and kaylee. David Loach responsible for eathan and xana and a few other frat boys / people. Moscow pd cover up. Imo
