28. Kind of misleading video. The Judge held a meeting with the Prosecution, Mr Copland and Mr Copland lawyer. In regards to why Mr Copland and his Lawyer were suddenly pleading the fifth when the prosecution had already given him immunity. The entire meeting was on the record. Since this meeting wasn’t involving Mr Steeler’s client he had no reason to either be in the meeting or told about the meeting. The judge believes that Mr Copeland lawyer wasn’t representing his clients interest especially since not only was Mr Steele advised of the meeting, he started making accusations about what was said in that meeting.The judge was trying to figure out of a Prosections Witnesses lawyer was communicating with the defense.
