The Judge also seemed to be on the side of the PROSECUTION, Talk about being unbiased. So now there has to be an investigation as to how this Cop died and at whose hands. So exactly what the defense attorney said about the verdict sheet came true they got confused. They didn’t know what to put. It’s a sham trial. It’s the most embarrassing thing ever and that even a single person would believe she did. It is really scary.

About the jury instructions that Bev gave, she uses singular and plural uses of verdict when she is talking about what they need to do with the forms. She says they must be unanimous in the verdict, but then talks about they need to return the verdicts to the court. She phrased it in such a way that implied they must be unanimous on all charges before they fill out the forms.

I mean expert witness testimony stated John O Keefe was NOT hit by a VEHICLE. Another expert witness in K9 stated John O Keefe was Attacked by a DOG resulting in the injuries that he had. The injuries were not from a VEHICLE. Case close . I also believe The Judge is crooked as well.

Bias Bev and Lally gang purposefully lied to and confused the jury, trying to get them to say she was guilty by adding DUI in with other serious charges making it impossible for the jurors to say yes to the DUI (which most believe she had too many drinks to be driving) – without saying yes to the rest of the charge – it is a half true statement and also reads as if it is an INSTRUCTION on what jurors have to do if -then adding all kinds of minor infractions but then – “it means” they must find her guilty of – – – FORGETTING to make sure VERBALLY or written – that if the jurors do not find that KR hit OJO causing his death then that whole thing about DUI etc is no longer an issue it was only to be considered if they found KR guilty regarding hitting him and causing his demise – which apparently they did not. So Bias Bev KNOWS this and she knew exactly what they were “hung” on and she knew the jury had actually acquitted KR and she purposefully rushed them out and acted as though it was the main charge they were hung on. She knew exactly what she was doing was wrong but like so many times before she doesn’t care and feels she can get away with anything. I can see how it put KR team in a very difficult position at that moment bc no way for them to know that Bias Bev was Fn them over and stooping so so very very low – she fooled them but I doubt they will ever be fooled again. I mean she dismissed the jury without any inquiry – what could the defense do after that. This is beyond disgusting, appointed or not – is there anything that can be done to Bias Bev for her horrific behavior? She needs to take that robe off and step down from that bench.

The jurors would not have known the judge would call a mistrial and therefore been prepared to submit a partial verdict slip. They may have assumed the judge would send them back and keep trying as she did the handfuls of times before. Why would they fill it out incomplete when it was possible she would keep trying. They didn’t find out that she would declare a mistrial until they were all brought back in. Furthermore, she didn’t tell the lawyers she would be declaring a mistrial before she brought the jury back in.
