4. Present Govt don't have any new ideas and or philosophy to augment current criminal justice system but can only change name of the laws into Hindi. This is just Peudo-Swadeshi agenda to lure general public for votes. Mere reducing number of sections won't reduce pending litigations, but better infrastructure and human resources or Artificial intelligence for speedy justice system is the need of hour.

38. Since the time of britishers, we are reading these laws. Now, a man comes , who does not know 'n' of nursary, and introduces bill to replace these acts. However, the procedure of passing of bills is just formality. We all know that, it will pass . Secondly, we, law students, who have studied 5 years of llb course then 2 years of masters in law, total = 7 years of law. Our whole life is at stake. Because new Acts completely changes the section no's also..ex: rape section in old Act was section no. 376 , new act , places this rape provision under section 62. This bill , is a big challenge for us, who have already completed their graduation and masters too, and are preparing for govt. exams since 2 or more years.. Even judges have to remember now new sections. But , its not a big deal for them, as , to apply any provision , they can just keep bare act in front of them..Its a loss for us, students………And, most importantly, the saddest part is that, no one is raising voice against such a big issue..
