Doctors don’t have DEA license to prescribe schedule one drugs, but they do have license to prescribe scheduled two through five drugs. The real effect is doctors will now be allowed to prescribe Cannabis as a schedule three drug and can do studies on its effects and prove or disprove medical Knowledge on cannabis effects you missed the point because you’re full of propaganda
