If the firm was behind Danny and also experienced with arguing against CoS, they would've sent an attorney that was prepared versus one who was clearly ready to throw Danny under the bus. Your logic feels like you have a vested interest in keeping Danny at a firm that just might not have his best interests in mind. I've dealt with law firms for almost three decades and your position that this attorney was not representative of the firm is nothing more than a naive thought.
