That cops is a POS. As much as I support law enforcement due to being an officer, police corruption angers the F! out of me. You need to have a heart and compassion towards everyone regardless of the circumstances. An intoxicated person means they need help, not being manhandled by police. God will deal with this cop accordingly.
Very different and special episode. The outcome is saddening.
I FULLY support law enforcement! Our communities rely on them to render aid, keep us safe from harm, and police crimes. Because of that level of trust we have with law enforcement, when that trust is so egregiously violated as it was in this case or others like it, SWIFT action must be taken to investigate them by outside INDEPENDENT investigations. There were MANY hands in the cookie jar that are culpable for the death of that poor man. Each and every one of them should be on trial and sentenced accordingly if found guilty, including prison time. NONE of them should EVER be allowed to wear a badge, not even in private or commercial security. If found guilty, they should also never be allowed to own a firearm as well. Officers must be held to the highest of standards. But, they should also be paid accordingly when conducting themselves to that standard and above. Once again, I'm so THANKFUL for bodycams and witnesses who were willing to come forward.

This case really made me sad. And furious. I hope they don't let him plead out.
Also there needs to be a LAW PASSED. Call it the Michael Scurlock law: EVERY police officer in the United States should be licensed, like every NURSE in the USA: Licensed.
And you know what happens if a nurse is a scumbag? If a nurse causes harm to a patient or steals drugs? They will have their license suspended until they go in front of the board of nursing.
When a nurse's license is suspended or suspended pending investigation, that info goes to ALL of the boards of nursing, and they will NOT be able to go to the next town over and get a job!
This wouldn't be hard to implement. That way monsters like Kinsley would to be benched, unable to find employment in the next town over, preventing them from harming or killing anyone else.

How many times have we heard about corrupt cops being moved on to another town? When a cop shows he's not suitable for the job in one town, i think it's safe to say, he's not suitable for any other town either.

Unfortunately Prado also made the ungodly determination that there was no wrong doing by Uvalde police department's and Uvalde School District police's gross negligence of allowing over 70 minutes of a mass shooter to be alone in an elementary school classroom with shot and dying children. Some of whom were calling 911 from the classroom begging for their lives and the lives of their classmates. Maybe Prado and most of Uvalde PD and Uvalde School District PD need to be held more accountable by the DOJ.
