Yeah I guess you're not really lying when you refuse to actually read the evidence or watch the trial or read the transcript so then that way you have what supposed plausible deniability and a chance for your client to appeal due to ineffective counsel? Because if that was douche canoes goal he won on that one
And he never will get in to argue in front of the supreme Court of the United States. First off you have to be invited to be an attorney that argues in front of the supreme Court. That invitation has to come from the extremely small pool of attorneys that are allowed to argue there and the court itself. Your name can be on a case that goes in front of the supreme Court but you will not be the one arguing it. The fact that you can't seem to figure out when the judge rules against you not to bring it up in eight more pleadings and then day of after calling 911 when you know point blank someone with a restraining order when subpoenaed lawfully must be there. That will never get you in front of the supreme Court well maybe as a defendant but even then they would choose not to hear that case because of how horrific all the filings were before it got to them
