Every adult is Madeline's failed to protect her, including her bio father, grandparents, aunts. I'd be interested to know who tf thought Jennifer Soto was fit to raise a child, when she most clearly was not.

Terrible can of worms opened with this case in terms of dealing with SS , his family and JS (amongst all the other horror inflicted on Maddie). There’s no reliable source between those parties. His dad , as observed by channels like Strategic Eyes with LE, is dangerous in the sense as he’s aware of LE tactics and how to speak to police/gather information. You can hear him giving information in the attempt to gain more for his own agenda. His mom is clearly part of the problem that lead to the circumstances of her son never facing real consequences until now. JS shows no shock or surprise at her daughter’s abuse. So much victim blaming and jealousy. I don’t envy the police involved in this case having to rife through the gruesome information, csa material /evidence and then decipher the truth somewhere in between all these crazies. Poor Maddie had no adult on her side.
It sounds like Stephan was selling his videos of him molesting Maddie online. Where else would he get $ when he didn’t have a job. If that’s true I hope it can be proved and he is charged accordingly. What a horrific and sad life Maddie endured 😭😭😭Mom had to know and needs to be charged. Maddie should have never been in a bed with Stephan irregardless of the size of the bed( worse when it was a single bed 🤬)

I keep wondering why she didn’t live with the dad, especially with all Jenns supposed problems. I think Jen probably was (justifiably) upset that he left her while pregnant and married someone else. That probably messed up her sanity a bit and here’s where she’s wrong, probably used Maddie against him. Didn’t want her to live with him even though she was having trouble raising a kid, probably kept Stephan or whoever around to show off pics that they were happy when they weren’t. So sad, happens every day with families who have kids too young and don’t stay together. Shame on her for not noticing, going to real therapy, letting Maddie live elsewhere while she gets it together, etc.
Wow, everything that I've heard about this case it just makes me sick to my stomach. How could any women think that her daughter was having an affair with that puck face really. RIP, Maddie, you're safe now, sweet angel 😇 🙏🏼🕊😢

Their is a lot of criticism to be rightly placed on Stephan's parents, but they actually cared about Maddie, obviously much more than that effing pathetic excuse for her mother.

I can't believe no charges have been brought against Jen. She knowingly endangered her child. She sent her daughter to that child molester time after time. Jen is just as guilty as Stephan! Jen was the mother she was responsible for the safety of Madeline! She failed her daughter miserably!
I love how SS tried to characterize his parents as elderly or feeble and that they needed his help with “end of life” decisions as if they were on their deathbeds lol obviously total bs.

If you carefully read the documents SS WAS charged with “First Degree Pre Meditated Murder” on April 24th 2024.
He had it planned in advance, which makes it so so much worse.
I'm very impressed with SS parents. I just listened to the parents interview and so far they are the most level headed people in this case so far!

I can't imagine learning my child did something so horrific, it would be soul destroying 😢. I hear parents who loved and seen so much potential in their son coming to terms with this. They shared everything when I'm sure their gut instinct is to protect him, so I have a lot of respect for them. I'm sending them both love as this would be so hard.
Remember no 1 is perfect or the perfect parent, and any flaws doesn't make this their fault.
