1. Because I’ve heard of this concept, and because now the people viewing it have heard of this concept, it may be unethical for us to serve on a jury without informing the council during voir dire (jury picking).

   Probably not the greatest idea to broadcast like this, but important nonetheless. (I’m not a lawyer, no idea of the scope of ramifications from this)
