What happens to people on the street if they are intercepted for breaking these same laws?

If the highest office, that of President, is not protected by immunity and the President acts outside his office, in a personal capacity. This could have a snowball effect, and a company like Google or other technology giants could avoid prosecution or any other liability and claim that their employees acted in a personal way. This would be equivalent to granting immunity to corporate entities that do business with the government, and relieving them of all liability.
    – So a company president could absolve himself of his responsibilities and say that his employees were acting in a personal capacity? It is right?
    This could be used intentionally to protect powerful groups at the expense of the rights of populations who would be harmed in one way or another.
