  1. The commiefornia law exempts cops from having to say why they pulled someone over if the officer believes it’s not safe and there are no penalties if they don’t follow the law. It’s all show.

  2. Union: "Blah blah blah………the ever increasing hazards required by our jobs."

REST OF THE WORLD: "Yeah, cause that guy who – oh muh gursh! – actually DROVE A VEHICLE without a piece of paper from the gubernment – who, while LOCKED BEHIND IRON BARS in a jail cell, was such a 'hazard' to this cop that he had to UNLOCK THE CELL to go in and pound the crap out of him."

    LORD: "I HATE UNIONS!"

  3. Honestly California vs Florida is a no brainer. Florida just mass hired loads of dirty cops, and is always in the news for BS a cop did. In California you dont see that as much and now this new law is something everyone who hates the trash that police have doing should get behind.

  4. Hey James as always best wishes to you and yours for the new year. The new Cali law seems useless except for the well informed and or outspoken. The fishing exposition is still on shortly after. IDK Certainly should be exspanded, of course.

  5. Good California law doesn’t give cops a chance to come up with a lie .
Florida just past the law saying you will tell all your crooked business dealings and payoffs.

  6. Private union run by someone who does not answer to any government = no qualified immunity for civil servants let their union pay for bad cops and blacklist them and put on do not hire list.

  7. Check out almost any database on the most dangerous jobs and cops rank far below Forestry Workers, Truck Drivers, Oil Field Hands, Fishing and Fishery Workers, Roofers, and just about any job that doesn't include sitting behind a desk or working the service industry. That "highly dangerous job" lie coming from most cops is insulting and irritating.

  8. Oh BOOHOO to the union. Oh no wait "heroes work here"…don't they??? The sad part of have a license is we all signed our rights away to the rulers.

  9. @3:40 Seems Cali is the first to put an end to the loophole LEOs had created. Most state statutes state you only have to provide ID when "legally" detained. On paper LEOs can only detain someone if they have RAS that the suspect has committed, is committing or is about to commit a crime.

So if an LEO pulls you over, and demands personal info, how are you supposed to know if you are being legally detained or not if the LEO doesn't have to tell you why he pulled you over?

  10. This cop thinks he’s tRUMP……total immunity for anything and everything he does while being a cop, on or off duty. NOT!!!

  11. California is great. If you're an anarchist then the laws and politicians don't matter because you don't play the game. There are watchdog groups here probably moreso than anywhere else in the country. The police are under a spotlight here and are more likely to act right. Funny you talk shit about California. 😅 I see where you live 💩

  12. James as you know personal liability is already in six different states. For tax papers not pay but officers be responsible for their own actions.

He was found quality he looses all qualified immunity. Meaning the state is responsible but as well the officer can be sued for everything they own.

This law James is now in seven states and soon will be in all state. Wrong anyone un Government must disclose everything they own all assets.

  13. like a president paying his daughter 75 million dollars a year for being an advisor with no experience

  14. Someone needs to tell the Union Boss, that police didn't have qualified immunity before the early 80's. Somehow millions of police officers managed to do their job.😒😒😒

  15. 3:10 commiefornia? – Stick to words you understand. – Your videos just went from 'must watch' to 'don't watch this idiot'.

  16. James, to you and your family, my family and I wish you all, health and happiness
    for 2024. watching from Australia.

  17. I love not paying the FED. I do, however, contribute to my state through the volition of taxation at the register. IRS!!! Come git sum!!

  18. @James Freeman1 on that screen behind you where it says dogs are like a box of chocolates where did that saying originate? Was it in a movie or something?

  19. The issue in Florida isn't the paid public positions. It's all the very local people that work for free. I would agree to be the part time mayor for nothing and agree to tell you everything about myself.

  20. This is exactly what happens when Police are given tacit approval to Threaten, Abuse, Exploit, Demean, Initiate unprovoked violence, Bully, Intimidate,Curse, Physically and Mentally abuse People of Color and other minorities. Overtime these intentional Abuses, injustices and Violence is extended to All Community Members unapologetically. This is called " You support the Blue until it happens to you."

  21. It's about time an Attorney General uses or has common since and does not want to burden the taxpayers.

  22. Thanks JF. This video did make me smile. Freeman people will not be defeated
    👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸.
