  1. Thank God Garland never made it to the Supreme Court. Total partisan hack. I mean, politicians are obviously partisan and that is their game to keep the home base happy but this guy, wow.

  2. Justice Dept using targeted lawfare against political opponents is un-American. I don't want Trump elected to another term, but Democrats and leftists have served Trump a victory on a silver platter.

Still, Democrats will blame RFK for "spoiling" it for Biden. Biden & the Left spoiled it for Biden.

  3. Matt Gaetz proving again that he's only sitting where he is because he's a 2nd generation rich kid and has no business asking someone with an actual education in law… Well anything 🤦

Who keeps voting for these idiots?? Oh that's right other idiots

  4. What is Garland hiding, turn over the audio. "We the people" own it, we paid for it, not Garland

  5. let's play a quick game of connect the dots…

4 days before Hillary Clinton was to be indicted in the Whitewater scandal the documents pertaining to the case were destroyed. In the Oklahoma City Bombing.

Who was the DA placed in charge of the investigation?…. Merrick Garland.

all the while Comey was 'handling' that investigation…

Comey was head of the FBI when they ran the 911 coverup–confiscating cameras and voicemails…

Hilary promised him a Supreme Court seat….when she would be elected president…….. And boy was he (Garland) mad he didn’t get the Supreme Court seat. They promised him for covering up the crime.

  6. Why dont you arrest Garland instead of talking? You already have enough dirt that he allegedly conspires with NGO's

  7. When does Gym Jordan get grilled for letting SA of wrestlers even though he was told numerous times

  8. So @shaunmmaguire tweated hes donating 300k to Trump , his many page thesis is spot on . What is going on in this country. Most people are not aware the hypocrisy and lawfare waged by Democrats. Garland appears all sweat and nice and meak. But thank god he never got on to the Supreme Court. He picked Jack Smith as a "special prosecutor" who was rebuked by the Supreme court 8-0 for prosecutoral misconduct. In addition he was instrumental in the Tea Party IRS scandal. Thats a impartial prosecutor. One example of how bad this scenario is. The Democrats play dirty and are all in. Trumps conviction only has galvanized the Republicans against this lawfare.

  9. They need to fix that robot in the audience. She keeps twitching her lips every 3 seconds and her eyes are all wacky. Wtf is going on here?

  10. There can be no free society without law administered through an independent judiciary.

If one man can be allowed to determine for himself what is law, every man can. That means first chaos, then tyranny.

    * The committee further claims Jordan spoke with Trump over the phone "at least twice" on Jan. 6, something Jordan has not confirmed publicly either way. He also talked to Trump lawyer and former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani as law enforcement were working to get the situation at the Capitol under control, and even allegedly asked the White House about possible pardons for members of Congress connected to Trump and his post-election activities.

**….. summary of its final report, Jordan is listed as one of four GOP congressmen listed for potential further investigation after not responding to orders to testify on the events of that day. The others are House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, Arizona Rep. Andy Biggs, and Texas Rep. Scott Perry

Jan. 6 committee refers Ohio US Rep. Jim Jordan to House ethics panel

House GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy received a similar referral after not giving testimony. The committee also recommended criminal charges for former President Trump.

WASHINGTON — The House select committee investigating the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the United States Capitol has referred Ohio U.S. Rep. Jim Jordan to the House Committee on Ethics for failing to comply with a subpoena.

In the Jan. 6 panel's summary of its final report, Jordan is listed as one of four GOP congressmen listed for potential further investigation after not responding to orders to testify on the events of that day. The others are House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, Arizona Rep. Andy Biggs, and Texas Rep. Scott Perry.

"The Rules of the House of Representatives make clear that their willful noncompliance violates multiple standards of conduct and subjects them to discipline," the summary read. "If left unpunished, such behavior undermines Congress’s longstanding power to investigate in support of its lawmaking authority and suggests that Members of Congress may disregard legal obligations that apply to ordinary citizens."

The committee wrapped up its duties on Monday by notably recommending four criminal charges against former President Donald Trump, whom they claim engaged in a "multi-part conspiracy" to overturn his 2020 election loss. The report found Trump and others spread false allegations to convince his supporters the presidency had been "stolen" from him, when it fact he legitimately lost to now President Joe Biden.

Jordan, a founding member of the conservative House Freedom Caucus, has been one of Trump's strongest allies on Capitol Hill and even received the Presidential Medal of Freedom less than a week after the Jan. 6 insurrection. While the panel did not formally recommend Jordan be charged with a crime, it did accuse him of being "a significant player in President Trump's efforts" to overturn the election.

According to the summary, Jordan was involved in multiple meetings and calls with both Trump and others where they discussed how they could delay the Jan. 6 joint Congressional session that would formalize Biden's victory. The day before the attack, he also texted White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows that then Vice President Mike Pence should "call out all the electoral votes that he believes are unconstitutional as no electoral votes at all," something Pence ultimately refused to do as he led the final electoral count.

The committee further claims Jordan spoke with Trump over the phone "at least twice" on Jan.

"Mr. Jordan talked about Congressional pardons,
but he never asked me for one," Meadows' former Chief of Staff Cassidy Hutchinson testified. "It was more for an update on whether the White House was going to pardon members of Congress."

  12. WHO IS MERRICK GARLAND ?

    Ambition , Disappointment , Anger , Bitterness , Revenge

The pathology of Merrick Garlands' abuse of his role as Attorney General is there for all to see.

Garland had a dream of achieving the pinnacle of success as a lawyer by becoming an associate Justice on the Supreme Court. When President Obama nominated him to fill the vacancy left by Justice Antonin Scalia, he must have felt this dream, this goal was coming to fruition. It was not to be.

This lifetime ambition of Garland was thwarted by Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell when he declared any appointment by the sitting president to be null and void. He said the next Supreme Court justice should be chosen by the next president.

One can only imagine the disappointment and bitterness that Garland felt at this moment… When appointed by Biden as the Attorney General / head of the DOJ, the opportunity for revenge was created. His bitterness has morphed into a pathological need for retribution that cannot be quenched. He has perverted justice beyond anything previously seen at the DOJ.

Aided by an FBI that eclipses that of J. Edgar Hoover in terms of illegal behavior, Garland has dragged the DOJ down to levels of political depravity never before seen.

For those who have an honest intellectual interest in the fairness of the Mitch McConnell decision to deny Garland a hearing to advance the vote to the Senate, the debate may continue.

What is now known definitively is that Garland, if appointed to The Supreme Court, a lifetime appointment would have been a disaster for the Court and the Country. Garland provides confirmation of this almost daily.

The GOOD news is that most likely that we can be shed of Garland at DOJ within a few years which is a far better outcome than a Merrick Garland in black robes sitting on the Supreme Court for a lifetime.

Merrick Garland has evolved into a political sociopath bent on revenge. His decisions as AG are contorted and warped to that end.

No one will have the temerity to say this but Mitch McConnell unwittingly saved this country from a disastrous lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court in Merrick Garland.

  13. Most Americans respect the law. We don't listen to your negative and false views of our justice system.

  14. Republicans don't hold Biden in contempt because of a stutter – Mike Lee stutters more than Biden. We hold him in contempt because he is a traitor who's sold his office and stole and disclosed our confidential documents to our enemies.

  15. Adam Schiff says that if a President commits crimes, he can be held accountable. I can't wait until Trump's DOJ charges Biden with Espionage. Hopefully, Hunter and James won't be out of the Statute of Limitations for their FARA violations. Maybe we can bring charges in East Palestine, OH. I'm sure they are itching to provide an unbiased verdict. Remember Schiff is no longer on Intelligence because he is a liar!

  16. Jack Smith isn't a properly appointed Special Council – he isn't a Senate confirmed US Attorney.

  17. It's hard to take Hank Johnson seriously after he was seriously concerned that the island of Guam might flip over due to our military presence there.
