  1. I am surprised no-one (over all the years since the relevant laws were passed) has ever asked the courts to answer the question "are the restrictions on machine guns, short barreled rifles, short barreled shotguns, suppressors etc legal under the second amendment?"

  2. So are y'all saying this clears the way for ppl to stop worrying about buying FRTs and so on, or are you just saying cases for each of these types of items now have a solid precedent to be judged by?

  3. Awesome that SCOTUS treated the ATF as kids by providing them pictures so they can understand SCOTUS’s written instructions. 😂😂😂😂

  4. RI Attorney General Peter Neronha is already publicly in defiance of the Supreme Court ruling.

  5. When are the ATF going to realize they aren’t law makers. Congress makes laws. Disband the ATF and NFA.

  6. If you want an automatic weapon, buy an automatic weapon. If you dont like the GCA or the NFA, lobby to get the law changed. Quit trying to make new gadgets to get around the law.
Every time someone tries to do something to "get around" a law, people end up in jail.

  7. Bump stock effectively bypasses the action of the seer . Isnt that the same as modifying the seer.? Which is against the law isnt it.

  8. 2A protects us from Tyranny . Then why can't we the people have full auto. As taxes payer. We pay for it..basically we own it

  9. Question ? Supreme Court says bump stocks are legal. Does this override state law. In Florida they are illegal ?

  10. Soooo… should I finally buy a FRT??!!? or should I still be worried for my safety afterwards? I’ve been wanting one for so long, but I’ve been scared of ATF’s unconstitutional power/ I don’t wanna put my family in danger.

  11. Now, if the Supreme Court rules in favor of the Constitution, in regards to "assault weapons" we should enjoy our freedom, until they abuse their power again.

  12. Is it true that during a self-defense shooting in your home when the first officer arrives on the scene they will seize your gun used in the shooting AND your smartphone?

  13. Should say Trump lost as he's the one that spearheaded this bump stock ban. On February 20, 2018, President Trump issued a memorandum instructing the Attorney General “to dedicate all available resources to… propose for notice and comment a rule banning all devices that turn legal weapons into machineguns.” – bump stock ban was born.

  14. Making no judgement here I am asking this question because I don't know all the facts. A bump stock does allow a shooter to fire rounds significantly faster than an equal gun without the bump stock. Is that correct? What is the augmented rate of fire compared to the number of rounds a machine gun can fire. Thank you.

  15. It s not a question of whether or not you want,or need a bump stock!!!! The answer is now should you decide to have a bump stock,NOW YOU CAN!!!!! I don't want a 12 gauge shotgun, but I can if I want one!!! We need to stop classifying ourselves hunter,or self defense gun people, and go with just GUN PEOPLE. that have the right to posses what ever type of firearm we want!!!! And to hell with anyone who feels the need to disarm us!!!

  16. Excellent job at explaining what this action did. I have no interest in owning a bump stock but I'm very interested in owning what "Shall not be infringed"!

  17. Trump was right to ban bump stocks. It is definitely a rapid fire accessory. I’m happy with the pistol brace failing. 😀

  18. Thank you for the video and to this wonderful country where we still have freedom to do as we choose.

  19. Now can the people sue the ATF over taking them now and did they lock any one up over FRT triggers?

  20. Maybe you guys are looking at it the wrong way. Could Alito be hinting that they should make an amendment to the Gun Control Act? If they did so, many MANY more people would then have standing to challenge the Gun Control Act, and the entire thing could be looked at under Bruen. Maybe he knows that it definitely WOULDN'T pass muster under Bruen, and he's hinting at a way to get rid of the whole thing.

  21. Great video. Case finally got to some judges who could read and understand the English language.. Bump stocks cannot be fired with one hand as can a true machine gun. Now find the Hughes Amendment unconstitutional. will cause a great devaluation in all the machine gun collections, but we will take it.

  22. Bump stocks are still illegal under state law in some Blue States, so this ruling really didn't help us.

  23. To keep and to bear arms is a natural, basic human right. As such, any and all government directed, related, or orchastrated infringements of those rights are crimes against humanity.

The 2 greatest evils humans have invented are government and urbanization. Why would anyone allow gvt and urban idiots to disarm them? (As AI says "hold my coolant")

    For the youtube culture war

  24. If original intent was applicable then the federalist papers should be used to affirm the 2nd amendment and all the others 😂
    Good luck with that.
