16. To be honest i agree laws should be gender neutral. If a man kisses a woman without consent it will be sexual harassment but if a crazy woman does same to a man without consent it should be crime too.

Anyone who gives voice to make all laws Gender neutral will get my vote. 1) Make rape laws gender neutral 2) Make alimony as illegal as dowry 3) Make shared parenting the Law. 4) Make child alienation a punishable offense with jail term. 5) Make false accusation a punishable offense with jail term when it is proved beyond doubt it was false and not just lack of evidence. There is a big vote bank, you will also get the votes of both Men and their mothers and sisters who suffered because of false accusations. This is one area where either congress can use to claw back as they have lost the religious card. or BJP can cement their place. Like if you agree.
