11. Every time I see this love brought up, I have a lot more questions. Cuz in almost every audit video it's the same deal. Cop says person and video is detained, can't give any reasons, guy asks if he's free to go, cop says no, still won't give his reason for detainment or says you're being suspicious.

    In this type of situation, what are you to do?

15. As an officer of the court i find it curious this guy increases the adversarial attitude already so prevalent in the US.

16. This one is tricky. The cop gave you an explicit order to remain in the vehicle while they "made a quick call". If, after a reasonable amount of time, you got out of the vehicle to approach them and ask if you're free to leave, they could pin some bullshit obstruction charge on you. Unless you recorded the incident. It'd be your word against the cop.

I once got pulled over and the cop came to my passenger window, looked around and asked me where I was going, asked for my ID, then came back after checking it and told me that he pulled me over because my headlights were off(they weren't) and had me turn them on to check. Dude said no ticket and let me go 🙄
