  1. Critical is very much needed
As you pointed out there are some laws that ate much worse than that of previous

This doesn't mean new system must be postponed
    It should be improvised

Sibbal sir logic is like , throwing baby with the bath water

  2. Why lawyers who are opposite spectrum in ideology are not seen in picture only left liberal leaning lawyers are voicing one sided view

  3. Esmese doo ki dukandari bandh honewali hey.Wait & watch. These two have degraded judiciary by their acts.

  4. Law is not for common people and common lawyer of india,
Law is only for for super rich lawyers and super criminal and terrorist

  5. Plz made some changes in cheque bounce case. Everywhere accused didn't take summons 8 to 12 month but court continue send summons and avoid where is justice. I file complant in feb 2023 but accused didn't present yet where is justice.

  6. Co operation in this context is with the prosecution to investigation process and police and court.

  7. During 2019 to 2022,,,,,,bails were sold out in the court anekal by Syed Baleegur Rahaman,,,,,,this discussion by these stalwarts is imaginary,,,,,,,,

  8. These three senior lawyer appearing for only politician and big business house
They are not for common citizen

  9. Select committee examined
    Two houses passed
    President assent obtained
    Lawyers respect law
Loopholes in law in the course of operations will be examined by SC
    Why this fuss
Emanating fron primordial hatred for Modi Govt to please IND alliance

  10. Supreme Court has deviated from their duties and are now involved in petty cases.
Structural changes has to be done from Supreme Court cascading to high courts and lower courts.

  11. Desko tumhari tarah chalana chahte ho kiyu ki sibbal jaise sub sating karke chalana chahte hai. Manu sigvi kapil sibbal judges bhi apooint karege or sc me manmani karke desme aantavad felyege.

  12. All Indian laws used for first political stupids to enjoy luted money, power, escape from imprisonment with help judges litigation incriminal law

  13. good discussion. reinvention of criminal laws is required. i have personally suffered because of this faulty system.

  14. I can guarantee you that Sanghis and Rutta practioners can't be trusted philosophers as Thomas Stuart Mill, John Stuart Mill both father son duo influenced by Jeremy Bentham. I can't afford to conclude that new IPC and CRPC could match the reason, logic and commonsense of original codes. Lexically orginal discourse and gaze perspective of the Lex Corpus would same.
It's not ditto to copy then paste a Neruda or Tagore literally putting trite in a different language and interchanging nouns, situation-scenario and sentences and become great as Neruda and Tagore.
Letter to letter transliteration even earn the flair, class, taste with an ease – essentially reflecting the original sense, scope and function at par in face value.
In the name of de-colonisation the argument, justification for changing the district administration is neither feasible nor acceptable. It's hilarious to see things literally replaced just for the sake of replacing – every thoughtful and genuinely thinking person must be in utter awe and wonder!

  15. Two questions. Why Mr. Sibal and the congress government did nothing to reform the laws? Second, when governments don't care about rule of law and abuse them to target dissidents (including any judges who may rule agianst the govt), whats the recourse?

  16. Wonderful lawyers…I fell why CJIs don't realize these common issues which they definitely know….every new CJI surprisingly becomes ineffective or biased…

  17. Police custody very disapointing thanks God in this election people mandate has checked the wheem of unruly legislature what they wanted to continued atleast 2045
The mindset appers they would have frmed by ordinance a authority above Apex court headed by expart like Jay Saha type
Now they can not do that's what INDIA advocates democracy is at stake seemed genuine

  18. Currently many cases are pending for years.Obviously current laws and courts infrastructure is inadequate .
The new laws must have been discussed before making law
Let them be implemented and modified as the problems that arise

  19. New criminal lnal law can it make pm or hm culprits in illegal electoral bond collection using ED CBI
