    2. The given penalty is arresto mayor. There are 4 mitigating and 1 aggravating.

    3. The given penalty is Reclusion Temporal. The offender is a chief of police who abused his official position. There are 2 mitigating.

    4. The given penalty is Prision Correctional. The offender is a 17 year old boy who acted with discernment.

    5. The given penalty is prision mayor. There are 2 mitigating and 2 aggravating.

  2. Hello Atty, is ISLAW applicable to Murder (Art 248) with penalty of Reclusion Perpetua to Death? If so, how do we apply it in that case? Thank you
