1. I’m not an AOC fan but she has a point. RICO is a law that covers many crimes. She was trying to get this guy to specifically define what crime Biden is being charged with.
   He’s the one that looks dumb in this clip.

13. What she said was dumb, but she wasn’t completely wrong that it is a category. What he says doesn’t specify the exact crime under that class of crimes. A witness doesn’t say “I witnessed a RICO crime.” They would say I witnessed embezzlement, blackmail, gambling, or kidnapping, or any of the 30+ crimes that are described under the RICO Act. He is right, RICO is a category of crime, but it isn’t the actual crime. Just like speeding, illegal turn, running a red light is under the category of traffic violations, there are crimes under the category of RICO violations.

    The dramatic from both sides about this are ignorant.

17. Rico is not a crime. To he convicted of Rico violation the prosecutor must tie together at least 2 distinct crimes. You cannot be accused of violating Rico unless there is a criminal enterprise and violations of racketeering. You can't be convicted of a Rico violation alone. It's like conspiracy, you need to have an underlying crime to be charged with it. When she asked what crime Biden had committed and he said Rico she knew it was bukkshit because there were no crime that were underlying it.

RICO is not an acceptable answer because it is a whole category of different crimes. Reasonably he must have understood what crime he witnessed. Furthermore, how can you claim that Trump should not be prosecuted because of what the AOC says? How come none of you look into the matter before making idiotic claims?
