3. RICO or any crimes prosecuted under it have to be proven in a court of law, so any testimony alleging criminal activity is inconsequential. Politics is about convincing YOUR side of their righteousness in comparison to the other side.

30. So correct me if I'm wrong, but violating rico means engaging in a patern of racketeering activity connected to an enterprise. The law defines 35 offenses as constituting racketeering. When I saw this clip I was under the assumption that when she's asking what crime he saw Biden commit, she's asking which of those 35 offenses did he commit. From what I could tell, Rico not being a crime just means that you can't commit a rico the way you commit theft and bribery, rather you violate Rico when you commit those crimes. Like, if you asked me what crime I committed and I said "Rico" you'd have no idea if I was involved in bribery, murder, gambling, theft, fraud, etc. That's what comes across when I saw this clip. Granted she could've just asked "what offense caused Biden to violate RICO" and probably would've gotten a clearer answer. Do correct me if I'm wrong though.
