2. Given the evidence thus far…I feel that Bryan K is being framed. But his facial expressions are just not angry enough. Why is smoke not coming out of his ears???

3. My problem with the judge is that he is in bed with the prosecution. I watched a video today by Get a Clue who talked about the conditions that the cunning judge applied to Bryans alibi. He applied a law that is outdated which applied long before the technology we have today. Judge Judge abruptly ended the court video and walked out in a huff. I am also certain that the largest majority of the 400 witnesses are people who had paid to watch the snuff movie that was made that night. One copy was given to Chief Fry who just made it go away as the police were not interested, but another copy was given to Anne Taylor. I believe 100% that Bryan is a paid informant and is not sitting in any jail cell. I also believe that Brent Kopacker is also alive and well. Remember the FBI were already in town when the unalivings happened, hopefully when all the court drama is over the FBI will have completed their investigation. I have heard that Anne and her team and Bryan are paid actors. The court case is such a laughable shamble. How Anne described how she has been given all the evidence. Its the shamble case of the century. Unbelievable to believe it is actually happening.

From what I saw when I watched the hearing Anna wasn’t trying to use the IGG information to contact people they only wanted the information to know how the police, the lab and the FBI came to say Bryan is the guy who committed the murders. I also don’t think the defence is the one wasting time because had the Prosecution gotten all the discovery to the defence in an organised manner then this case may be close to trial. The prosecution has way more resources than the defence. The prosecution stood there in the last hearing and said they were ready when they didn’t even have all the discovery and let’s not forget the other motions, litigation, hearings and motion in limine that have not yet been sorted out. Let’s not forget this is a death penalty case and Bryan’s life is on the line and the defence’s job is to fight to show his not the guy and I think that is what Anna is doing for her client. It would be worse if this case is rushed and ends in a mistrial or worse his innocent and the real killer is walking free and the house is gone, other DNAs were not tested either.

6. Over my life, I have spent millions on attorney fees.
   While I recognize that the FBI is controlling the flow of evidence in this case, it seems to me Ann Taylor is lacking ggressiveness in the pursuit of Bryan Kohberger's freedom.
   It is not my intent to criticize Taylor as I am ignorant of the burden to which she has been assigned.
   The State is not necessarily in a hurry to proceed to trial. Their designated guilty party is in custody and sits behind bars.
   On the other hand, the Defense appears to be hampered by the lack of discovery. As I have previously stated the FBI is controlling the flow of evidence not the Prosecution.
   The assertion that these apparent delays are financially motivated is incorrect and without any realistic basis.
   Both Thompson and Taylor are government employees employed by Latah County. In contrast to an attorney in private practice in which income is based upon billable hours, both Thompson and Taylor receive a set and pre-determined salary irrespective of the number of hours spent on the case.

7. Anyone who has ever been involved in a court case, absolutely knows Ann Taylor is dotting her "i's" and crossing her "t's" because that's what you do when you're involved and interested in a case that you're working on.

9. I watched a defense attorney YouTuber talking about this case.
   He said that Bryan is having a bus defense.
   Meaning – they are waiting for the witnesses being hit by a bus or forget what happened.

13. Hey Julez…I’m so glad that Judge Judge is FINALLY setting some deadline dates. It’s absolutely ridiculous that this case is taking this long to get discovery to both sides. These dates are crucial, to get this trial on the docket. Both sides ARE wasting time and it truly is “ bullshit.” I don’t believe that AT has been doing a darn thing this past yr, but at the same time the prosecution isn’t insisting on getting the necessary information from the agencies either! It is Chaotic Julez!
    The strangest thing is the prosecution felt strong enough WAY back to change this case as a death penalty case, so they felt they had enough then. It boggles the mind.🤪

17. It's all theater with Ann Taylor. She needs to look like she's fighting tooth and nail for Kohberger. She is part of the frame job and cover up too.
    These nut bags in Idaho are trying to save their town and university. Kohberger is the patsy, perfect fall guy. Money is being thrown around like candy, and under the table. These university officials, Moscow officials, fbi agents involved, the Moscow Police, the fraternity , and roommates all need to be investigated by a higher authority. This is tyranny and corruption going on.

19. I appreciate Ms. Taylor’s defense has possibly had difficulty obtaining discovery without the state providing it. I hope prosecution provides enough of it before April 17, 2024, because if defense can’t find the evidence to prove defendant’s alibi either on or before that date, they won’t be able to assert an alibi defense at a later date. It’s a shame therefore, prosecution does not legally need to provide its entire discovery until the beginning of September, 2024.
    I understand the universal need to compromise conflicting viewpoints by saying both sides of this dispute are responsible for the delay. I don’t think there’s a grey area, here. Circumstances are tilted very much in favor of the state, and the defense are much disadvantaged because of this.

28. There never should have been a grand jury. It should’ve went to the preliminary trial and heard all the facts on both sides and let the cards fall where they may. If there’s isn’t enough evidence, let him go or if there was, send it to a trial. This is crazy at this point all the delays and not getting the discovery asked for. All this stuff should be available to both sides by now. This case could take years with all delays. The way this case has been handled, guilty or not should be thrown out. This is the most bizarre case I’ve seen yet.

32. Do you get the impression there may be something in Kohberger's family history that may need to be protected, such as he was adopted? What if his real family was part of a witness protection program or some military blacks ops thing? I'm speculating of course but for all we know, anything is possible.

33. Ann Taylor is establishing points of law for the appeals process. The prosecution is building a case that an Idaho jury will find Bryan guilty. She needs all she can get to fight in the appeals process. It is probable that BK will be on death row at that point.

    Also Confirmation Bias is a real effect and is exactly as you say. People see what their bias indicates and ignore contrary information.
